Good things take their time.
Every loaf starts with a starter I feed by hand, rests for a long, cool ferment, and comes out of my oven the morning you pick it up. No shortcuts, no preservatives. Just flour, water, salt and patience.

I bake it slow
Your dough gets a 36-hour cold ferment for that deep flavor and open crumb.
